Governing Documents

NOTE:   

All construction, reconstruction, improvements and repairs must conform with the guidelines established by the Architectural Committee pursuant to Article VII of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Villas at Adriatica. Prior to commencement of any construction or improvements, architectural plans must be submitted to, and approved by, both the Adriatica Villa Architectural Committee and the Stonebridge Ranch Association.
